Steam cleaning (hot water extraction) uses 200°+ water pushed deep into the carpet and immediately extracted — it's the most thorough method for heavy soiling. Low-moisture uses a bonnet pad with minimal water and dries in under an hour. Bryan will recommend the right one based on your carpet type and how dirty it is.
Move small items — lamps, end tables, dining chairs, anything breakable. We'll safely slide larger pieces like sofas and coffee tables. We don't move beds, dressers, entertainment centers, or heavy cabinets, but we clean right up to them.
Yes. Bryan uses eco-friendly, VOC-free products — the same ones he uses in homes with toddlers and pets every day. For the most sensitive households, he can also do a water-only hot water extraction. Just mention it when booking.
Any space up to 225 square feet counts as one room — a standard master bedroom, living room, or dining room. Spaces over 225 sq ft add $0.19/sq ft to the room price. Open floor plans are measured, not guessed.
Yes — but it requires enzymatic treatment, not just cleaning. Bryan uses Bio Conqueror 105, a live-enzyme product that breaks down urine crystals fully rather than masking them. Add pet treatment at $20/room. He'll do a UV-light inspection first to find every spot, including old ones under furniture.
That's called "wicking" — soil and stains deep in the carpet padding wick upward as the carpet dries after being over-saturated. B Clean uses proper heat, targeted pre-treatment, and controlled drying to prevent it. If a spot wicks back within 7 days of your cleaning, Bryan will come back.

It's a minimum service charge so a single small room doesn't lose Bryan money on the drive. If your total comes to more than $119, you pay the quoted total — the minimum never adds on top. It's transparent for a reason.
